The HGM Revenue Pack links seamlessly into the HGM EBITDA Tracker that auto tracks P&L Nominal Code spend and allocates costs to departments which in turn automatically track against monthly cost budgets. Monthly cost budgets however are linked to revenue and if the revenue forecast drops off then HOD’s are automatically updated that their cost budgets are reduced on a % pro-rata basis.

The HGM Revenue Pack and HGM EBITDA Live Tracker  are required to link into PMS reference points and on this basis the Revenue Pack is built to a bespoke design on a property by property basis. 

The cost for delivering this system starts from £3450.00 (Equivalent of a monthly investment of £287.50)  and will require a week onsite to facilitate the build and to fully train your Revenue/Sales Team, as well as demonstrate it to key decision makers (GM/Directors) in your business

The Rev Pack and EBITDA Tracker are sophisticated protected Microsoft Excel files that can be shared across a network of stakeholders using Microsoft Sharepoint. 

Both systems are fully supported 7 days a week.
