Either set up as a unique service, or an integral service within your Hotel Academy, online staff testing keeps training, career development and online testing front right and centre. 

Online staff testing goes beyond the statutory sign-offs, online staff testing explores day-to-day roles, SOP awareness, the refinement of tasks, product knowledge, sales training and full role accountability.

The online testing module is created by your HOD’s with results emailed to the colleague as well as the manager. You can set up as many tests as you like and they can be completed as many times as you required.

Points are awarded for success and a property league table can be created.

Tests are typically 20 questions long and focus on your SOP’s. Pricing begins at £45 per test for unlimited use. The return on investment is delivered through staff retention and improved sales.
