There’s no doubt that dining abroad over the last decade has provided some of the standout highlights of my career. We sometimes get complacent in the UK around what inspires us and what inevitably will push us to the next level whilst maintaining industry leading status. The question around whether the UK award of Michelin-stars delivers parity against those awarded on the continent is also in play and provides much discussion during the trips we undertake.

The trips below will only go proceed when there is a group consensus on the date after which payment is made. All bookings require significant deposits to the restaurants selected. Dates may vary slightly depending on booking availability for both flights and restaurants so flexibility may be required. We will know the dates however before final payment is due. Only 5 places are available for each trip!
